The Experience

Unlike previous Secret Worlds, the cinema screening will be replaced by a shorter yet more intense theatrical finale with thrilling special effects. Please note: This is not a seated experience.

Age Requirements

All guests for the Evening shows must be 18 or older.

Performance Timings

Start and finish times vary by day:

  • Wednesday: 18:00-21:30
  • Thursday: 18:00-21:30
  • Friday: 18:00-21:30
  • Saturday: 19:00-22:30
  • Sunday: 17:00-20:30

Please Note: These times relate to performance, not the overall event length. The event will remain open for a period of time after the main performance, except on matinees. All start and finish times are also listed in the checkout.

Latest Arrivals

You will be asked to choose a specific arrival slot at a later date. Latest arrival times for all guests are:

  • Wednesday-Friday: 19:15
  • Saturday Evening: 20:15
  • Sunday: 18:15

Location (Meeting Point)

The event will take place in a secret London location. The meeting point will be revealed months before opening night, with plenty of time for you to plan your travels. Once you arrive, you will notice some familiar faces who will escort you to the indoor event.

The nearest station is located in Zone 2/3 and has step-free access. Allow for average travel times of:

  • From Kings Cross/St. Pancras: 35 minutes
  • From Liverpool Street: 20 minutes
  • From Waterloo: 20 minutes
  • From Paddington: 35 minutes

Cameras, phones or recording devices

Upon entry, any cameras, phones and recording devices will be sealed in a pouch for the duration of the evening and must not be used. If you are seen to be using your device, it will be confiscated and returned at the end of your experience and must not be used. Seating

This experience is an unseated experience, and will involve a 30-minute uninterrupted core moment. Please refer to the Accessibility section on this website for further details on how we can accommodate guests with walking or standing difficulties.

Storage/Coat Check

There will be no cloakroom or luggage check for Standard ticket holders. You will be asked to carry your bag/suitcase for the duration of the evening – we recommend that you travel light. A cloakroom will be available for VIP ticket holders only.

Food and Drink

A range of food and drink will be available to purchase until 1 (one) hour before the event end. Vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options will be provided.

Payment Methods

At the experience we accept bank cards only, contactless as well as chip and pin. Not all machines however accept American Express.

Dress Code

The ticket buyer will receive an email with details on how to register on the event website where you can find details on the meeting point, dress code, and accessories. This message needs to be forwarded to all guests in the group. All guests are expected to adhere to the dress code to fully enjoy your night and enrich other guests’ experience.

Accessibility

Please note: the core experience may not be suitable for visually or hearing-impaired guests. We can accommodate wheelchair and mobility scooter users at this Secret World. The building has step-free access and access facilities, and the nearest TFL station has step-free access.

Blue Badge holders, Freedom Pass holders, and PIP/DLA recipients are entitled to a free carer ticket which can only be booked directly via email to [email protected].

Booking Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation from London Theatre Direct, followed by your tickets from [email protected] (within 10 working days of booking). If you cannot find the message in your inbox, please check your spam folder or contact [email protected] for assistance (do not make a second booking). Once your order has been processed it can neither be rescheduled nor cancelled. Please review your booking carefully before checking out.

Ticket transfers

Tickets are valid as issued in the buyer’s name but you will be able to transfer your ticket(s) to another attendee up to 1 week before your attendance. You will be able to retrieve PDF copies from www.universe.com/dashboard/tickets if you have a Universe account.

Please note:

If you checked out as a guest, you can still create an account with the booking email address at a later date via www.universe.com/sign-up.

There is no need to transfer the tickets to other members in your group. You can forward them the PDF ticket you received via email.

Choosing your ticket type

Standard and VIP tickets will follow different narratives and may not always overlap. If you attend as a group we recommend that you all book the same ticket type to join the experience together for the screening.
